Imperial Gold
Formerly reserved for the Shah of Persia’s palace, Imperial Gold, sturgeon weight is approximately 25 kilos, nurtures larger, firmer eggs with a deep golden roe and sumptuous creaminess. Some experts believe it’s from a mature Caraburun Persicus Sturgeon, offering one of the most intriguing flavour profiles, a personal favourite among connoisseurs.
Sevruga
Sevruga, from one of the smallest Sturgeon, the smallest of the Sturgeon species, offers Caviar with small, dark grey to light eggs. Known for its full yet delicate flavour, it’s a product of the Stellatus Sturgeon.
Royal Beluga
Royal Beluga, the largest member of the family (Huso Huso), can weigh over a ton but typically ranges from 100 to 250 kilograms. It produces 30 kilos of truly exceptional Beluga Caviar that are light to dark steely grey. A product of it’s rarity and exquisite flavour, Beluga Sturgeon mature about 20 years old, living in semi-wild environments of natural lakes.
Reserve Beluga – 000 Standard
Reserve Beluga is a term for particularly rare Beluga Caviar with large steely grey roe. Classified as ‘000’ by fisheries, it excels in roe size, color, and texture, making it the ultimate luxury in gourmet food. With a fine, creamy, and smooth taste, it’s recognised by connoisseurs as the best Beluga on the market. This Caviar is from a pure breed Huso Huso Beluga Sturgeon, meticulously crafted by our own world renowned Caviar master.
