Your Caviar delivery is intended to take place within 2 working days from the day of placing the Caviar order, except where an order is placed on a Friday, Bank Holiday, Saturday or Sunday. When an online order is placed on a Friday or non-working day, delivery will take place on the second working day following the placing of order. Please bear in mind at busier times dispatch may take a little longer.
Our fresh Caviar comes with 3 months Best Before date, to be stored at 0 to-3*C degrees Celsius, and if your fridge is running at +5*C then do assume the Best Before Date will be reduced. Caviar will start to freeze at around -9*C due to its oils and salt content. After opening your Caviar tin, best to consume within 3-5 days as the Caviar will start to oxidise. We ship using DHL or Fed Ex overnight service from Monday to Thursday in thermo-insulated packaging protected within the cold chain. Caviar is a stable food product preserved with salt and is not susceptible to damage unlike fish or Crustacea which aren’t preserved and inherently have a higher bacteria count.
Orders are normally dispatched the same day, however at busier times may take 48-72 hours before being dispatched. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once collected by the courier.
Should you wish to request a more suitable date, at the end of your transaction you will see an information box where you may let us know your requirement which we will endeavour to meet.
