Our fresh Caviar comes with 3 months shelf life, to be stored at close to zero degrees Celsius. Caviar will start to freeze at around -9*C due to its oils and salt content. After opening your Caviar tin, best to consume within 3-5 days as the Caviar will start to oxidise. We ship using DHL or Fed Ex overnight service from Mondays to Thursdays in thermo insulated packaging protected within the cold chain. Caviar is a stable food product preserved with salt and is not susceptible to damage unlike fish or Crustacea which aren’t preserved and inherently have a higher bacteria count. Orders are normally dispatched the same day, however at busier times may take 48 hours before being dispatched. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once collected by the courier.
